You have a card on your phone. Now what?

You scanned a code in a shop and a stamp card opened. This page explains how it works and what happens to your phone number.

1

You get a stamp at the counter

The staff show a code on their screen and you scan it with your phone. The code changes every 30 seconds, so it only works when you are actually there. A photo of it is worth nothing to anyone.

2

The card shows what is left

You see the number of stamps and what they get you. When the card is full it says so — there is nothing to count and nothing to remember.

3

You collect the reward at the same counter

You show the card, the staff confirm it on their screen and the count starts again. Nothing to send and nothing to print.

Privacy

Your phone number

The number does one thing: it makes the card yours and gets your stamps back when you change phones. Without it the card has nothing to attach to.

You only get marketing messages if you tick the box for them, and you can withdraw that from the card at any time. Consent to messages is separate from the card itself — the card works without it.

Your stamps belong to the shop where you collected them, and only that shop can see them. A card from one coffee shop shows nothing to the coffee shop next door.

Before you ask

Questions

Do I have to install anything?

No. The card opens in your browser. If you want it to hand, you can add it to your home screen — the phone will offer to do it for you.

I am changing phones. Do I lose my stamps?

No. Sign in with the same number or email address and the card comes back as it was.

I want my data deleted.

Write to the address in the footer, or ask in the shop. We delete the data, and unused stamps go with it — so it is worth collecting the reward first.
